Topics and learning outcomes:
1. Machining operations, predictive quality control, and AI in industrial metrology
This session will provide students with an introduction to monitoring manufacturing processes and the quality control chain. The specific focus is on machining operations and subsequent quality control. The idea of predictive quality control will be explained and presented in the industrial example. Since this approach is based on AI, the webinar participant will get an introduction to AI for industrial metrology, including practical examples solved by participants on their own under the supervision of skilled scholars. The webinar will close with the final assessment of the participant’s knowledge.
2. Harnessing AI for enhanced productivity
Students will learn the recent innovations in metrology processes using AI for improvement the overall process productivity by team of “a start-up inside the corporate”
